For over 25 years, Thomas has been working with clients from a variety of different economic backgrounds and helping them formulate wealth management strategies. His academic career began with him obtaining an undergraduate business degree from the University of Denver, an MBA in Finance from DePaul University, and the CIMA designation from the Investment and Wealth Institute. Continuing this path, he was a Portfolio Manager for several banks and trust companies and worked his way up to being a Wealth Management Advisor at one of Chicago’s most successful independent firms, Vestor Capital LLC. John is a principal at SATC|Law in Chicago. He represents individuals, entrepreneurs and privately held companies on developing and achieving their strategic business goals and asset protection and long term planning needs. He is also the director and vice president for the Center for Law and Social Work, a public charity that provides adoption and adult guardianship services, and a director of Rebuild Foundation, a public charity that provides a platform for art, cultural development, and neighborhood transformation.
